The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of working in Indian kitchen of good hotel in India for at least 4 years of which at least one year in a banquet kitchen
  • Knowledge of regional Indian food including curries, vegetables, snacks, tandoor marinades and basic Indian desserts
  • Should be passionate about cooking real Indian food
  • Eligible to work in UK
  • Catering technical qualifications preferable
